Students who achieve an average of 70% on these courses with no mark below 65% will meet the coursework requirement to write the Comprehensive Knowledge Exam (CKE), making significant progress on the path to become a Certified Human Resources Professional in Ontario.
In order to be granted the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation, you must take the nine courses, pass the CKE and the Employment Law exam, and document three years' experience in HR. To qualify for the CHRL, you must also have a degree in any discipline.
